 Triton Technologies Adds Robert G. O’Malley to Board of Directors

Mansfield, Mass. – March 10, 2014 – Triton Technologies, Inc. today announced that Robert G. (Bob) O’Malley has been added to the company’s Board of Directors.

Jay Nalli, president and CEO of Triton Technologies. “With experience as a public company CEO with a highly successful track record, Bob’s insights will be invaluable as Triton expands into new markets.”

O’Malley has over 35 years of industry experience in the technology industry. He recently completed his assignment as CEO of SED, a $500M Atlanta-based technology distributor with operations across the U.S., and in Colombia and Argentina. Prior to SED, O’Malley was InFocus CEO from 2007 through 2011, before which he served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Management at Tech Data Corporation, a $21B global distributor of hardware, software and services. O’Malley started his technology industry career with IBM as a sales representative, advancing to executive positions in sales management, financial management and product management. He also served as CEO of Immersion and Pinacor, and was President of Intermec Technologies and MicroAge.
